Getting
Payoneer Debit MasterCard is not an easy task. Its need too much reality to get. Anybody cannot get it. If someone need it he/she must have
National Identification Card to verify him/her, then he/she can get it after processing of his/her application to Payoneer Company. Not just it, you need to use a third party website reference like
Infolinks,
Freelancer,
Odesk etc who can provide their customers payments via MasterCard. If Payoneer verify you successful then they would be send a confirmation to you that your card has been send to your home address. Here, I use
Infolinks publisher program to getting my Card. You may use other third party website which I mentioned or any other if you know. If you don’t have any of this registers any of one. Now let’s see how to do it…
1. Login to Infolinks publisher account. Click the Payment Information link from the right sidebar.
2. Now you on the payment option page. Click on the click here link. Its redirect you to the Payoneer Card order page.
3. Click on the Get your prepaid MasterCard card Now! Button.
4. Here the current page you need to fulfill all the information need separately. Click each of steps and put your personal details.
5. The Step I (Cardholder Details), here I was hiding of my personal details for my privacy reason.
6. The Step II (Card Account Information), also hiding my account details for my privacy reason.

The Step III (Registration Verification), It’s the main part of getting card. Put here your correct Name & National Identification Number. Check mark the All 3 check box. Then click Finish Button.
8. After processing a while, the page will be redirecting you to the page below & you will get a confirmation email to your desire mail address.
9. Payoneer will be
sent you an acknowledgement letter that they will get your application after you submitted the application. And they will contact you as soon as possible. Here after 2/3 business day Payoneer requesting you to submit your ID card’s scan copy for verifying you. After submitting the ID card’s scan copy now wait for approval.

Now if your all information is correct and clear for approving, you must get your card between 10-25 days or less time from the application you submitted. But, you just get this card when Payoneer will be confirmed you via mail that your card has been sent to your address. Yeah! Here maybe a collision, it will take extra time to get card because of your country shipping facilities and condition.
