Have you ever experienced the narrow network from your ISP?

I had never thought that I need to write about my own topic in my blog though it’s my blog. But today I am determining to write about a topic that make me annoyed. Now have a look ….

The Grameen Phone LTD, it is the number one mobile operator service round in Bangladesh. No doubt I also like their service like their Internet in earlier time. But after a long walk with them I have got the chance of talking about them. Hence, I am using the several internet packages since 2008. At first when I started to use their service it was enough for me and also now so on. But the main factor is, they don’t upgrade their network speed till then. When I start of using it at that time I got only 3-5kbps download and maximum 7-10kbps browsing speed, at that same time the other ISP like Broadband ISP upgrade and serve their duties same as since their median journey. When I am writing this post their network had disconnected 3 times. Think how they act with me and why I'm willing to write do about them. So, what’s hell on GP? :O

I am a full-time freelancer, also doing several jobs based on Internet. So, a continue and steady network is need for me. I also use GP service because several time I need to login from mobile. I’m facing their slow network from 5 or more months ago. At first time when I faced problem I was called on GP customer care and told about my problem, the service man replied me “Sir, I have understand your problem and we people try to solve your problem. Very soon you will get the best service from us”. But no change I have got till now. From that time I discussed many time about my problem with them and they just show the same cause with me. GP always take the change of their service for prepaid internet service then they active the service, I and all the peoples who using GP service must do it before take the advantage. Now, here is a question, if they can take the advance charge from us so why do they don’t upgrade their service not just for me for all of their customers. :(

A summary of their internet service here you all can look. Here all the service charge and all the package description available. They take all the advantage from us as a service provider but how much they back to us, anybody think it? I gonna disgust to say about them. That’s enough for them to me.

Oh!! I’m so much annoyed now. I can’t share my problem here and there. My clear opinion about GP, they just act as a Blood- sucker, nothing else. They told one thing but do another. The moral I don’t think why they make peoples annoying by their rough behave, why? Can anyone tell me about that? :((
